Within the last month, I have completed an intense detoxification of my body, specifically the parasite cleansing maintenance, candida (3 times so far in the last nine months), colon, kidney, and the gallbladder/liver cleanses. Yes, it can be a bit time-consuming and, it was easy at the same time, since I have educated myself in all these areas of the body. It is easier to do these cleanses with experienced individuals who keep you motivated and supported through the cleanses. Yes, your body has its natural mechanisms to regenerate through detoxification mechanisms, but our bodies did not evolve with all the contaminants that are so common in food and medicine and water, and in the environment, even in skin care products that you put on your body. The one thing I know is that I had a stubborn body set point weight that just would not go away. I lost the six pounds in three weeks. It wasn't the weight as much as getting rid of the toxic burden in the fat tissues. When I completed this cleansing/flushing of these toxins, I felt more energy and more clarity in thought. Afterwards, I also did colon hydrotherapy sessions too to clean out the remnants of the microscopic toxins.
Repairing the microbiota makes sense that up to 90 percent of all disease can be traced back to the gut and health of the microbiome. Did you know that there are up to 100 trillion microbial cells in each and every one of us, primarily in our gut? That means that there are ten times as many outside organisms as there are human cells in our body. In other words, we are really only about ten percent human.
With that being said, I am sure you have heard of GMOs, genetically modified organisms. Now one of the main problems with GMOs is the herbicide glyphosate, which is used in the growing of many GMO crops that have been engineered to resist glyphosate. Most conventional foods (non-organic) are GMO laden, specifically wheat, corn and soy. You might know glyphosate by another name, Roundup. There are many GMO crops that are considered Roundup ready. In other words, you can douse them with massive amounts of glyphosate and it won't kill them, but it will obliterate all the weeds around them.
However, is your body Roundup ready? Is your blood Roundup ready? Is your gut Roundup ready? The answer to these questions is NO. Glyphosate has been shown to negatively impact the gut because it alters the balance of the bacteria in the microbiome, setting the stage for leaky gut and autoimmune disease. That's not all. According to Dr Mercola, in 2015, the WHO classified it as a Class 2A Carcinogen. It's important to remember that glyphosate bonds to pretty much everything and it has to be released enzymatically from the host molecules that it's attached to. Even my neighbor seems to think if it's not proven, that he will continue on using it on his property to spray on weed growth. He did not even protect himself while he used it. He wore the shirt and pants all day and just imagine how it absorbed into his body. He already has health problems too. He just shut down my conversation before I could tell him that what he sprays from above our property and the rains come, that they will get into the land and down into the water supply to our well (water is a solvent) and then the four families who use the well may get some intoxication with it. Also, for the well water I use in my organic garden, may be infiltrated with the glyphosate and any other chemical he may use on his property. He doesn't use our well since he has county water which has its own problems. I analyzed our well water at the National Testing Laboratories, Ltd. However, it doesn't test for glyphosate.
The key elements here is to avoid as much contamination as you can and to rely on your body's natural detoxification processes that are built into your DNA. Its built into your biology to expel toxins. What I would like to reinforce is that we have the most powerful healing mechanism right inside our bodies. The great failings of our medical system are that we're taught to look outside of our body. It convinces people to think that they're trapped in an outcome that they can't control. They then have to rely on somebody else to heal them instead of taking that power in themselves and focusing on what they can do to heal themselves naturally.
If you believe in the laws of cause and effect, then you will believe that every disease had an underlying cause. There is no such thing as spontaneous sickness. My autoimmune disorder did not just happen in one day or within months. It can take five to 30 years to develop. There's no such thing as spontaneous sickness. The cause is what's circulating in your blood and nourishing or poisoning your organs. How did you get pancreatic cancer? Your pancreas was bathed in blood that was full of toxins.
It's about avoiding exposure to the toxins, and that means making informed choices about what you drink, what you eat, what you put on your skin, where you live and the air around you. The acute toxification of your body when you combine environmental exposure with suppressed biological vitality. In other words, a healthy body will expel toxins more rapidly. A compromised body, which is where most people are these days like America, is unable to rally the chemical processes that eliminate toxins. I know that in my work environment that I inhale leaded aviation fuel, absorb fire-retardant from the seats I sit on, and the five times the radiation (solar rays) than people on the earth, to name a few. So I am helping my body with its toxic burden by detoxification methods and supplementation and BEMER frequency therapy to accelerate my blood flow to assist the toxins to exit my body faster through the liver and kidneys.
By the way, my plaque psoriasis is virtually gone and my leaky gut is healed. I administer the daily vitamin and mineral supplementation in my appropriate and synergistic dosages, chelating heavy metal toxins (lead, aluminum and mercury), and avoiding GMOs from my diet. Also, when I order my own testing kits, I then I update the dosages of minerals with urine, blood, stool and hair analysis. With my blood chemistry program, I fill in the numbers and give nutritional recommendations from these results.
